Over 35,000 of these convertible high chairs made by Evenflo have been sold since December 2011. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced that Evenflo voluntarily recalled them June 5, 20112. Model numbers and model names include the Dottie Lime 29111259, Dottie Rose 29111271, and Marianna 29111234. These high chairs convert to a toddler table and chair. The trays reportedly can unexpectedly come off and a child who is not restrained properly can fall out. If you have one of these chairs…contact Evenflo (800) 233-5921 between 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit the website at safety.evenflo.com. to obtain a replacement tray sent to you.
